Daher stellen wir euch ab jetzt regelm\u00e4\u00dfig unsere Rezept-Ideen zu einer \u201e<em>gesunden Ern\u00e4hrung<\/em>\u201c vor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heute haben wir f\u00fcr euch ein Bananenbrot gebacken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rezept Bananenbrot:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Zutaten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 Bananen (reife)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 gr Mehl (Weizen o. Dinkel)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 gr Waln\u00fcsse<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Tl Backpulver<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Tl. Natron<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>110 gr Datteln<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml unges\u00fc\u00dfte Mandel-Milch (o. andere)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 gr Schokolinsen (Menge je nach Geschmack)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pr. Salz<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zubereitung:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Waln\u00fcsse hacken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mit Mehl, Backpulver, Natron und Salz vermengen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Datteln zerkleinern.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zwei Bananen mit einer Gabel zerdr\u00fccken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Datteln, Bananen, Schokolinsen und Milch zum Teig geben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teig mixen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&nbsp;Teig in eine gefettete oder mit Backpapier ausgelegte Form geben.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine Banane in der H\u00e4lfte teilen und mit der Innenseite nach oben auf den Teig legen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>35 &#8211; 45 Minuten auf unterer Schiene bei 170 Grad backen. Ein paar Minuten vor Ende der Backzeit kontrollieren, wie der Garzustand ist. Evtl.
